Is Paul Krugman "naive"?

According to this article from the Huffington Post, members of the US Administration (could that be Larry Summers) think that Paul Krugman is "naive".

This has eerie similarities to the kind of attitude and rolling of the eyes, expressed by certain highly numerate figures in the financial world, if one appeared perplexed and skeptical about some of the maths behind a CDO squared.

In secret they probably think that Krugman just doesn't get it.

"You just don't get it" usually tells you much more about the limited cognitive and communication skills of the person making the accusation than about the person being accused.
